Shipping policy

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.
We ship every order within 30 days of purchase. If we are ever unable to do so, we will notify you and offer you the choice of a revised shipping date or a full refund.
Transit time
Once your order leaves our facility, delivery typically takes 5–9 business days.
Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees. Weather, carrier backlogs, and peak seasons can extend delivery beyond the estimate. These delays are outside our control.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown to you before you pay.
Delivery addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your household and neighbors and contact the carrier first. If it still cannot be found, email us and we will do our best to help resolve it.
If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will replace it at no cost to you.
