We want you to be confident ordering from Amberwell. This policy explains our 90-day money-back guarantee, how refunds are issued, and how returns work.

Our 90-day money-back guarantee

Try Amberwell for up to 90 days from delivery. If you decide it isn't right for you, email us and we will refund your purchase in full — even if the product has been opened and used.

The guarantee works like this:

  • It covers your first purchase of Amberwell, and each customer may use the guarantee once.
  • You do not need to send back an opened pack unless we ask you to. If your order included additional unopened product, we may ask you to return it, and we will send instructions with your return authorization.
  • Requests must reach us within 90 days of delivery.

How to request a refund

Email hello@amberwell.co within 90 days of delivery with your order number. We will confirm the details and, if any unopened product needs to come back, send you a return authorization and the return address.

Please do not ship anything back before you receive a return authorization from us. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.

Return shipping

Where unopened product is returned, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend a trackable service — we cannot issue a refund for a return we never receive.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the cost of return shipping. See below.

Refunds

Guarantee refunds that do not require a return are processed within 10 business days of our confirmation email. Where a return is required, we inspect it within 5 business days of arrival and issue the refund within 10 business days of that inspection. Refunds go to your original payment method, and your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Original shipping charges are not refundable except where the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Contact us at hello@amberwell.co within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging. We will replace the order or refund it in full, including shipping, at your choice.

Not covered

  • Requests made more than 90 days after delivery
  • A second or later guarantee claim from the same customer
  • Free, promotional, or gift-with-purchase items
  • Orders purchased anywhere other than amberwell.co, which are covered by the retailer's own policy

Cancelling an order

If your order has not yet shipped, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped it must be handled through the guarantee process above.
